I have been coming here weekly for several months and my body’s range of motion has improved so much. I have worked with one practitioner but I am sure everyone here is skilled and amazing. The room setting is comfortable and clean. Making appointments is easy with a dedicated staff and am given reminders in a courteous manner. I would recommend this place to everyone (People with serious injurious to those who want to bring their body to peak performance). I am so happy I found this place.

I just had a massage with Veronica, wow! Deep tissue/sports massage, and she also worked on an injury in my leg. She is knowledgable and experienced, and intuitively knew which parts of my body needed work. I can't say enough wonderful things about her and the staff at Body Mechanics. I will definitely be booking my next session very soon!

I have been here a few times over the years. Most recently I saw Vincent and had an amazing experience. I went in with an acute issue in my back that Vincent worked through. He applied the right amounts of pressure at different times, was patient and methodical. He gave me some helpful tips to consider to address how to avoid this issue in the future. Overall I am very happy with my visit and plan to see Vincent again soon. Would highly recommend Josh C
